The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind you of an upcoming deadline. The 2019 Room Tax Report must be electronically filed (e-filed) with DOR by Friday, May 1, 2020.

Room Tax Report (Form SL-304)

• Municipal Clerk must e-file the Room Tax Report; it is available in My DOR Government Account
• Municipalities that imposed room taxes during 2019 must complete the Room Tax Report
• Due date – May 1, 2020
• Within 2-3 business days, the completed form will be posted on our Reports web page for the general public
• Note: DOR will not audit your completed form. Review your form before submitting to ensure no confidential information is included.
