The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the 2020 Technical College Apportionment Form (PC-401V) on our website.

Form Information

• You must electronically file (e-file) this form
• Due date – October 31, 2020
• You must provide municipalities in your district with the same apportionment values and referenda information reported to DOR on this form
• These values will auto-fill on the municipalities' 2020 Statement of Taxes

Reminder – Report Referenda Information

You must complete the referendum section if both of the following apply:

• Your technical college approved a referendum for a temporary tax levy increase after December 31, 2014
• The referendum increases your technical college's current year (2020) tax levy
