The Office of Recovery Programs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury extended the October 31 reporting deadlines into next year.
Extended Deadlines

January 31, 2022 – states, territories, counties,
metropolitan cities, and Tribal governments must complete the Project and Expenditure data next by January 31, 2022 (instead of Oct 31, 2021). The report will now cover the period between award date and December 31, 2021.

April 30, 2022 – the first reporting deadline for
NEUs to complete the Project and Expenditure Report is April 30, 2022
(instead of Oct 31, 2021). The report now covers the period between award date and March 31, 2022.

- Treasury will provide more guidance before the reporting deadlines
- Continue to work on your allocated distribution and provide the necessary contact information to create your account in Treasury's Reporting Portal
- Treasury did not update its
Treasury Compliance and Reporting Guidance with the new dates; however, you can still use this guidance to begin your reporting
