Chargeback Requests

The 2022 determination notices were sent electronically or by postal mail on November 8, 2022, and are available on our website.

Details

• Provides the determinations of chargeback requests for rescinded or refunded property taxes
• Notices and submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
• Taxing jurisdictions must pay the required amounts to the applicable municipalities by February 15, 2023

Omitted Sharing Requests

The 2022 determination notices were sent by postal mail on November 7, 2022, and are available on our website.

Details

• Provides the determinations of sharing requests for omitted non-manufacturing property taxes
• Notices and the submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
• Municipalities must share the omitted taxes with the applicable taxing jurisdictions once collected
