The DRAFT 2024 Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) is now available for public comment on the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) website.

Provide Comments by August 22, 2023

  • Review the draft 2024 WPAM updates
  • Send comments to: scott.shields@wisconsin.gov
  • On August 16 at 9 a.m., DOR will conduct a public hearing. Plan on attending if you would like to provide an oral presentation.
