The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division posted the 2023 Statement of Taxes (SOT) (Form PA-632A) on our website.

Form Information

• Municipal clerk must e-file through MyDORGov
• Due date – December 18, 2023
• When you enter your municipality's information, your taxing jurisdictions' apportionment data auto-fills
• You cannot e-file until all your taxing jurisdictions submit their apportioned tax levies to DOR  
• If your municipality is required to complete the Tax Increment Worksheet, you must complete it before completing the SOT
