Soliciting Comments on Draft Rule

and Treasurers Administrative Rules

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) is soliciting comments concerning the draft rule order to remove unnecessary rules from Chapter Tax 12 and Tax 19.

The draft rule order is available for public comment on the legislature's website

Provide comments by January 11, 2024

  • On January 11 at 9 a.m., DOR will conduct a virtual public hearing. You must register if you would like to attend and present your comments.
