The League of Wisconsin Municipalities, Wisconsin Towns Association, Wisconsin Counties Association, and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) invite you to attend a one-hour webinar on the Maintenance of Effort (MOE) reporting.
What is the MOE Reporting?
First due by July 1, 2024, MOE is a new report that every Wisconsin county and municipality must submit to DOR each year. The MOE report includes a certification by the person in charge of providing police, fire and EMS services affirming that the level of service provided this year is at least equivalent to what was provided in the prior year.
