The Wisconsin Department of Revenue, State and Local Finance Division would like to remind you of today's filing deadline for the 2024 County Lottery Credit Five-Year Recertification (Form LC-777C).

General Information

• Due date – today, July 1, 2024
• County treasurer must e-file through MyDORGov
• Each county that administers the credit must file under state law (sec. 79.10(10)(f), Wis. Stats.)
• Note: If you already submitted this information manually – you must also e-file Form LC-777C through MyDORGov

Form Information

• Form LC-777C – new online form for 2024
• Attach procedures your county uses to determine lottery and gaming credit eligibility and an evaluation of its effectiveness
• Include the following details in your procedures – examples are found in MyDORGov:
• Existing methods used to determine if the taxable property is the property owner's primary dwelling (sec. 79.10(10)(e)1, Wis. Stats.)
• Activities to remove properties that no longer qualify (sec. 79.10(10)(f), Wis. Stats.)
• Efforts used to provide public information and outreach specifically related to the period of January 1 - July 1, 2024
