The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Divison is soliciting comments concerning the emergency rule and draft permanent rule order related to innovation planning grant and innovation grant programs pursuant to 2023 Wisconsin Act 12.

The emergency rule and draft permanent rule order are available for public comment on the legislature's website.
