On behalf of the U.S. Department of Treasury (Treasury), the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to provide the following information to each Wisconsin non-entitlement unit of local government (NEU) that received American Rescue Plan Act – State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA-SLFRF) in 2021 and 2022.
Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) – Register, Renew or Check Status
You need a UEI when applying for federal assistance and doing other business with the federal government. Treasury requires each government entity that received money to obtain a UEI for ARPA-SLFRF closeout. To obtain, renew, or check your UEI status:

- Locate "Register Your Entity or Get a Unique Entity ID"

Project and Expenditure Report
Wisconsin NEUs must submit their Annual Project and Expenditure Report to Treasury
by April 30, 2025.
