The Wisconsin Department of Revenue's (DOR) Division of State and Local Finance (SLF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Zach McClelland as the Director of the Manufacturing & Utility Bureau.

Zach has been with DOR since 2001 and in SLF for the last 18 years, most recently as the lead for the Telecommunications and Utility group.

We are excited to have Zach in his new role.
