New Telecommunications Filing System
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue has made enhancements and upgrades to our Telecommunications filing. We're moving the forms filing from Excel into
My Tax Account. This improved filing system rolls out in late January and is a one-stop shop for account management, form filing, and bill payment.
Improvements include:
- Improved reporting format – auto-fills prior year data
- More accurate filing with in-form error checking
- Timely acknowledgement of receipt of your submission
- Quicker returns processing
- Secure transfer of information
Account access:
- 24-7 access to returns, notices, bills
- Ability to view account activity
- Manage access to your account and information
- Easily update contact information
- Notification of important documents (notices, bills)
