These files are presented as is and the Wisconsin Department of Revenue is not available to provide technical assistance and support for the use of WINZIP/PKUnzip.

The zip format will require an external program such as Pkzip or WinZip to uncompress the file.

Download the ZIP file to your computer. Right click on the link and save the file to your hard drive (remember where you put the file and the name). Start WinZIP and extract the files (remember where you put the file and the name). Next open the 'Welcome.pdf' file by double clicking 'My Computer,' and browsing your hard drive till you find the file 'Welcome.pdf' within the files you previously extracted from the ZIP file.

You can also download the file to a CD. Right click on the link and save the file to your hard drive. Start WinZIP and extract the files to your CD.
