The 2023 manufacturing personal property full value roll contains the full market value (100%) assessment for all personal property located within a municipality currently classified as Manufacturing (Class 3). Assessment rolls are grouped by county. Each municipality's assessment roll contains:

• Manufacturing property owner name and mailing address
• Location(s) of manufacturing personal property
  
• Local (if available) and DOR account identifiers
• Taxation district(s)
• Assessed personal property value of boats, machinery, tools and patterns, furniture, fixture and equipment and all other taxable personal property

Notes:

• 2023 manufacturing full value assessment rolls and assessment notices were issued Monday, June 12​, 2023
• After notifying property owners and municipalities of their manufacturing assessments, DOR may correct the manufacturing assessment roll for errors or values appealed
