This searchable database includes information on retail cigarette, tobacco, and electronic vaping device licenses issued by municipalities in Wisconsin. Wisconsin law (sec. 134.65 (2m) Wis. Stats.), requires municipal clerks to annually report by July 15 information about each retail cigarette, tobacco, and electronic vaping device license issued by their municipality. Municipalities may submit reports more frequently, which will automatically update this database.
