​​​​​​​​The First Dollar Credit provides direct property tax relief as a credit for Wisconsin property owners on their property tax bill. These payment notices are distributed on the 4th Monday of July. The county treasurer should distribute these amounts no later than August 20 (sec. 79.10 (7m)(c), Wis. Stats.).
