The Wisconsin Department of Revenue – Division of State and Local Finance, Equalization Bureau, is currently recruiting for a Property Assessment Specialist vacancy in the Eau Claire District office. This position performs appraisals on diverse property types and analyzes real estate market trends throughout northwest Wisconsin. The position offers an opportunity to work with a range of people (ex: local government officials, taxpayers, municipalities, and professional assessment and appraisal organizations).

We are seeking someone with a background in real estate and/or general property assessment, who is interested in serving the local governments and citizens of Wisconsin.
