The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the DRAFT 2023 Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual (WPAM) from August 1, 2022 to August 21, 2022 for public comment. DOR is providing a set of questions and answers, along with updated DRAFTS of WPAM chapters with changes due to a federal court decision on Native American property taxation.
