The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted Form PC-226 –
Taxation District Summary Report in My DOR Government Account (MyDORGov).
General Information
- Every municipality is required to electronically file (e-file) this form with DOR in even-numbered years
- Form is available in
MyDORGov

Due date – July 1, 2020
- You must enter the total number of exempt properties by purpose and value category within your municipality.
Note: These amounts are reported to the Municipal Clerk by exempt property owners on Forms PC-220 and PC-220A by March 31, 2020.
- If your municipality has no exempt properties, you must file a report with zero in each category
MyDORGov – Important Note
- For County Treasurers/Assessors – if you do not have access to file the PC-226 on behalf of the Municipal Clerk, you must have the Municipal Clerk add this form to your access
