The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) posted the following reports on our website.

Chargeback Requests

The 2020 determination notices were sent on November 9, 2020 and are available on our website under Chargeback Requests. Note: Notices were sent electronically or via postal mail.

  • Provides the determinations of chargeback requests for rescinded or refunded property taxes
  • Notices and submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
  • Taxing jurisdictions must pay the required amounts to the applicable municipalities by February 15, 2021

Omitted Sharing Requests

The 2020 determination notices were sent on November 9, 2020 and are available on our website. Note: Notices were sent via postal mail.

  • Provides the determinations of sharing requests for omitted non-manufacturing property taxes
  • Notices and the submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
  • Municipalities must share the omitted taxes with the applicable taxing jurisdictions once collected
