website.
Form Information
- Every municipality is required to file this form with DOR in even-numbered years

Due date: July 1, 2022
- You must e-file through
MyDORGov

Note: For county treasurers/assessors – if you do not have access to file From PC-226 on behalf of the municipal clerk, you must have the municipal clerk grant you access to this form in
MyDORGov
- When e-filing, enter the total number of exempt properties by purpose and value category within your municipality.
Note: These amounts are reported to the municipal clerk by exempt property owners on Forms
PC-220 and
PC-220A by March 31, 2022.
- If your municipality has no exempt properties, you must file a report with zero in each category
