The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind you that Form PC-501: 2021 Tax District Treasurer's Settlement is due today, March 15, 2022.

Form Information

  • You must e-file through MyDORGov or file transfer
  • PC-501 – located on our website
  • Review the form instructions
  • Form no longer has state taxes line – updates include:
    • Section 1, Line 26 – now refers to Statement of Taxes, Section C instead of Section D
    • Section 3 – all line labels are updated; Line 28 (previously "state taxes") is now grayed out and labeled "reserved"
