The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division would like to announce that in February 2024, the Lottery and Gaming Credit forms will be available in an electronic format.

Benefits

• Property owners file for the lottery and gaming credit completely online – through MyDORGov's public-facing portal
• System guides property owners to the correct form through a selection page
• Forms provide completion guidance through help bubbles
• Data from the form is shared electronically with county and municipal treasurers

Both Formats Available in 2024

The new online forms will replace all PDF Lottery and Gaming Credit forms. As DOR transitions to this new e-file format, both forms below will be available on our website for 2024.

• Form LC-100 – 2024 Wisconsin Lottery and Gaming Credit Application
  • Property owners file this form to confirm they qualify for the lottery and gaming credit as of January 1, 2024
  • File with the county treasurer
• Form LC-220 – 2024 Manufactured/Mobile Home Municipal Permit – Wisconsin Lottery and Gaming Credit Application
  • Owners of a manufactured/mobile home file this form to confirm they qualify for the lottery and gaming credit as of January 1, 2024
  • File with the municipal treasurer
