Eau Claire and Milwaukee Manufacturing Supervisor Announcement

T​he Wisconsin Department of Revenue, State and Local Finance Division (SLF) is pleased to announce the following appointments within our Manufacturing & Utility Bureau:

  • Dilin Fennell – Eau Claire District Supervisor
  • Stephanie Holt – Milwaukee District Supervisor

Before their appointments, both Dilin and Stephanie were working as SLF Property Assessment Specialists assisting Wisconsin manufacturers. Dilin has been in the Eau Claire Manufacturing District since October 2011 and Stephanie has been in the Milwaukee Manufacturing District since 2016. We are excited to have them both as part of our Manufacturing management team.
