The Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR), State and Local Finance Division posted the following reports on our website. We also sent the 2024 Chargeback Determination Notices and Omitted Sharing Determination Notices electronically or by postal mail, today, November 15, 2024.

Chargeback Requests

• Provides the determinations of chargeback requests for rescinded or refunded property taxes
• Notices and submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
• Taxing jurisdictions must pay the required amounts to the applicable municipalities by February 15, 2025

Omitted Sharing Requests

• Provides the determinations of sharing requests for omitted non-manufacturing property taxes
• Notices and the submitted requests (both PDF) are available online
• Municipalities must share the omitted taxes with the applicable taxing jurisdictions once collected
