Form Information

• Due date – today, March 3, 2025
• County treasurer must e-file through MyDORGov
• PA-662 – located on our website

Filing Details

• Report the number of lottery credit and first dollar credit claims issued and total amount paid for each municipality
• Attach your lottery and gaming credit post-certification county data files Form PA-662, Section B. See "County Data File Instructions" below.
• Important – if this form is not filed timely, payment distributions will be delayed

County Data File Instructions

• Follow DOR's provided file layout to create your data file
• Use a .TXT file format
• Reconcile the file with Form PA-662
• Submit your file – attach a completed .TXT data file in Form PA-662, Section B before submitting the form
• Note: DOR must receive this file before we can process any lottery and gaming credit late claim applications
