Tax booklets for Partnership and Corporate Franchise and Income Tax will not be included in the Department of Revenue's (DOR's) annual forms mailing this year - affected forms include Form 5, 5S, 4 and 3. This decision was made based on the DOR's finding that the majority of businesses use tax preparation software to generate these forms.

DOR will promote e-filing of 2008 Partnership and Corporate Franchise and Income Tax forms to tax practitioners and taxpayer groups. Forms and instructions will also be available on DOR's Internet site.
