2011 Wisconsin Act 1 adopted federal law provisions relating to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) for Wisconsin. This Act first applies to taxable years beginning on January 1, 2011.

This new law does not affect 2010 Wisconsin tax returns (due April 18, 2011) or 2010 Forms W-2.
