​​​The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is pleased to announce an improved application for submitting Form W-RAs and associated documents electronically. It is available February 4, 2014.

The new application is easy to use. No special formatting of required documents or a complicated naming convention is required. Each W-RA is entered separately. Batch filing for multiple filers is not available. However, a "Home" link at the end of a submission routes users back to the entry screen for another W-RA.

The new application replaces the existing W-RA Data File Transmission system. A link from the existing site will forward you to the new application.

The new application can be found at https://tap.revenue.wi.gov/wra/ or visit Wisconsin Department of Revenue and select the "Individual" tab and "File transfer (Form W-RA)" in the Online Services section.
