Taxpayers have online access to their 2014 Form 1099-G. The majority of State of Wisconsin taxpayers have elected to receive an email that their 1099-G is available online. Those that have not elected electronic notification continue to receive paper copies.
Taxpayers are advised to access their 1099-G online, print a copy and give the form to their tax preparer with the rest of their tax documents; as this information is required federal return.
Please note, that for security purposes the address is not printed on the online printable form, but is on the 1009-G that goes to the Internal Revenue Service.
Taxpayers can access 1099-G information online for years 2011 through 2014.
