Electronic Real Estate Transfer Waiver

The ​​2007 Act 219 requires you to electronically file (e-file) all real estate transfer returns on or after July 1, 2009.

Under state law (sec. 77.22(2), Wis. Stats.), you may request that the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) waive the requirement to e-file.
